The gas and oxigens’ flame acts to hit, around high temperatures, the surface that has to be performed. It has a termical shock around 600° C.

This effect, combined by the cooling with water, makes a termical break of quartz and silicon, putting out the structure and the colour of the material.

It confers to marble, granite, quartzite, porphyry a rough surface: it will be resistent to athmospherical agents.
